First, head over to the Leaning Shovel landmark near the Picnic Table. Once you’re on the bench, you can access the upper tabletop by using the cooler. To get on the picnic table itself, you need to use the nearby shovel to reach the bench. The Picnic Table has two levels: the lower bench seats and the upper tabletop.
